Return Information

Inspect all orders upon receipt to make sure that Omega athletic wear has manufactured your order to your specifications. Immediately contact your Omega athletic wear account manager with any problems.

All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization within thirty (30) days of shipping. Contact your

mega athletic wear account manager for details or call the customer service center at 877-omega-08.

In the event of damage or loss during shipment, notify the carrier within 15 days of shipment and file all claims with the carrier within 30 days. If you need help, contact your
Omega athletic wear account manager immediately.

Sales Policy
Merchandise in all catalogs is available only through
Omega athletic wear. For the name of the nearest dealer, contact the Omega athletic wear customer service center, or visit our website at www.omegaathleticwear.com.

Shipping Policy
Upon request,
Omega athletic wear will drop ship merchandise to schools and institutional accounts within dealers service area. Omega athletic wear will not drop ship to another dealer or outside a dealer’s service area.

Delivery
Each order is acknowledged with an anticipated ship date. This ship date is anticipated but not guaranteed. The manufacture of custom athletic uniforms requires time. Order early to ensure delivery.

Omega athletic wear shall not be liable for damages arising from failure to make delivery of all or any part of an order caused by fire, flood, strikes, riots, inability to obtain supplies and materials, acts of God, or any circumstances or accidents beyond its control.

Freight Policy
All order will be shipped freight prepaid and added to the invoice.

Legality of Uniforms
Due to varying rules in different regions and conferences,
Omega athletic wear can not accept responsibility for the legality of uniforms.

Terms
Omega athletic wear will receive terms of COD, FOB factory, unless otherwise agreed. Discounts shown as terms apply only when the invoice is paid according to those terms.

Order Changes and Cancellations of Custom Orders
Omega athletic wear cannot accept changes and cancellations of special orders once production begins. Review your order confirmation promptly. Call your Omega athletic wear account manager immediately with any changes or cancellations. Omega athletic wear will then send a revised order confirmation reflecting the changes or cancellation.
